1. Regular blowdown

Regular blowdown is mainly carried out for the lower part of the rotary kiln. The amount of regular blowdown mainly depends on the quality of water supply. It is generally carried out every 24 hours. However, if the water supply of the equipment is clean condensed water, the interval of regular blowdown can be greatly extended when the chemical demineralised water or a small amount of softened water are used for make-up water. At the same time, there must be a time interval for regular blowdown. How to control this interval and do a good job in regular control. In fact, the specific interval time and operation duration of regular blowdown of kiln are determined by the workshop according to the quality of boiler water.
