The Core Technology of Rotary Kiln

The types of rotary kilns can be divided into many types, but it is mainly used in chemical industry, building materials and other industries. Compared with other kilns, the use of this kiln is relatively large, and the scope of use is also wide. Since the utilization rate is high, then we must understand more equipment knowledge to prepare for unexpected needs. The more we understand, the more convenient the operation.    1. Energy saving. The heat storage and heat absorption rate of the kiln body, the balanced transfer of working medium and the effective use of heat sources are all objective conditions that affect energy saving. The design principle of the rotary kiln is based on the relevant roasting system and the application principles of thermal equipment. The internal combustion billet is Carriers of heat sources, the increase of the code blank or the widening of the cross-section are all based on the firing principle of "high flame of the public firewood", and the dry-drying of the brick blank promotes the "dry firewood" to achieve the energy-saving effect of the internal combustion equipment.    2. Environmental protection. The bottleneck of the rotary kiln emission standard is mainly determined by whether the oxygen content exceeds 18%. At present, the so-called "three pinch oxygen source" measures are mainly adopted to control. In the drying room, the mixed gas dehumidification process is used to mix different elemental gases for 7-12 seconds to cause physical reactions between the components of the mixed gas, thereby changing the carbon dioxide, water vapor, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, oxygen and other gases in the flue gas. The characteristics promote the change of various thermal parameter values and thermal differential relationship of the working medium, and promote the transformation of the internal energy, enthalpy and entropy of the gas, which is beneficial to control and mediate black smoke, blue smoke, white smoke and smokeless. It is feasible to use the basic state parameters to change the physical and chemical composition of the exhaust flue gas to theoretically achieve the ideal flue gas particulate emissions.
   3. Digitization. Traditional equipment uses personal empirical judgment from design to use, mostly ambiguous adjectives, and it is difficult to convey accurate information. Rotary kiln adopts quantifiable digital technology from design to use, which is easier to inherit and transform automation. The kiln is mainly reflected in the imitability of the operation, which achieves a simple and popular purpose. The kiln was bred through the principles of thermal engineering and other theories of industrial kilns, breaking through the development bottleneck of traditional kilns.
