In 2009, Ningxia cement plant purchased the Φ 4.2 × 60m rotary kiln for the new dry process clinker production line with a daily output of 3000t, and Hongke won the bid for the Φ 4.2 × 60m rotary kiln with double sliding shoe cement mill, which was awarded the national patent. The Φ 4.2 × 60m rotary kiln production line has high degree of automation. The production operation in feeding, calcination, finished product transportation, equipment operation monitoring, regulation and alarm are all controlled by PLC or DCS control system in the centralized control room.
