Working principle of wet ball mill
The working principle of the wet ball mill is that the motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the deceleration device. The crushed ore and steel ball in the cylinder are driven by the friction force and centrifugal force during the cylinder rotation, and are carried to a certain height by the liner plate. Due to the gravity, the ore is gradually crushed under the impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged out of the cylinder through discharging part. After the discharged minerals are graded into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder to continue grinding. The feeding machine continuously and evenly feeds the ore into the ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and the milled materials are continuously discharged from the ball mill. Ball mill is a grinding equipment which can work continuously 24 hours a day.
