For the flashing valve, observe whether the operation is flexible, whether the blanking is smooth, whether the position of the balance weight is appropriate, and whether the triangular cone is in tight contact with the blanking pipe orifice. According to the ash deposition and blanking, the balance weight can be adjusted appropriately. Triangular cones are usually movably connected to levers. In order to avoid flicker and displacement due to vibration, it can also be fixed and welded on the lever after aligning the blanking pipe orifice.
