Adjustment of Ventilation Rate of Sand Dryer

Ensure the ventilation rate of sand dryer, grasp the temperature in the dryer at any time, and add fuel according to this to achieve energy-saving drying state. The ventilation part of sand dryer is mainly between the drying cylinder and the hot blast stove. It can use natural wind or artificial air, and then blow the air volume to the cylinder of the dryer. The key parts to manage the best-selling exhaust are flap valve and flashing valve. Only by operating these two parts well can we ensure the smooth exhaust and good ventilation. First of all, we should learn to judge whether the ventilation is good or bad. We use a relatively simple way. First, we wet our hands, and then extend our hands to the outlet. In this way, if the water on our hands is evaporated after a while, it means that the ventilation is good. Otherwise, the ventilation is not good and needs to be adjusted. Of course, this is only a simpler and more effective way to judge.

We can adjust the ventilation rate in the following ways:

1. Pay attention to the air leakage between the flap, especially the sealing of the bearing. And to prevent the large slag, brick, iron wire and other debris from falling into the flap valve, causing deep wind, even hindering the discharging or blocking the turnover plate, which can not be turned over.

2. Observe the discharge ratio of the flap valve and the size of the blanking interval to see if it is suitable for the discharge speed of the sludge dryer. Do not store too much material in the tipping bucket to affect the discharging, and do not store too little material, and the vibration must be complicated.

3. Oil the oil cup of the rotating shaft on time. Screw it 1 ~ 2 times per shift, and rotate one button at the silver time. For the flashing valve, it is necessary to observe whether the operation is flexible, whether the blanking is smooth, whether the balance weight position is appropriate, and whether the contact between the triangular cone and the blanking pipe orifice is tight. The balance weight can be adjusted properly according to the ash deposition and blanking conditions. A triangular cone is usually connected to a lever in motion. In order to avoid flicker and displacement due to vibration, it can also be fixed and welded on the lever after aligning the blanking pipe orifice.
