Drying principle of rotary kiln:
Dryness is an operation in which heat energy is applied to remove local moisture (moisture) from materials. The commonly used methods include indirect or direct heat transfer dryness method, which uses hot gas as the medium to transfer heat indirectly or directly to wet materials, so that the moisture on the surface of wet materials vaporizes and diffuses to the main body of the air flow through the gas film on the surface. At the same time, due to the gasification of moisture on the surface of the material, the drying method can be used to reduce the moisture content in the material There is a moisture difference between the inside and outside of the material. The moisture inside the material diffuses to the surface in the form of gas or liquid, which makes the material boring.
The necessary condition for the material to be dry is that the vapor pressure on the surface of the material (i.e. the vaporization intensity) must be greater than the partial pressure of water vapor in the dry medium. The greater the pressure difference between the two, the faster the drying speed is. The dry medium should take away the vaporized water vapor in time. If the pressure difference is zero, the boring work will stop. It can be seen that dryness is a process in which heat transfer and vaporization intensity are separated.
