The increase of rotary kiln speed can increase the material turnover times, heat gain and material temperature, that is, the calcination temperature;

2. With the increase of kiln speed, the material is turned over many times and heated evenly, so the hot clinker is even. Due to the increase of kiln speed and the number of material turnover, the temperature difference between exposed flame radiation and material landfill is reduced, which is beneficial to prolong the life of refractory brick. According to reports, the temperature difference of kiln lining surface can reach 400 ℃ with each rotation of wet water kiln, while that of precalciner kiln can reach 200 ℃. It is well known that the speed of the former is generally 1 R / min. The latter were at 3 R / min.
