When we used the kiln earlier, we would pay more attention to the temperature, atmosphere, pressure and various flow rates in the kiln, because these would also change with the change of internal and external factors. Generally, the kiln lining is roughly divided into three forms, in order to be able to better choose to use, the next to give you an analysis.
1. The furnace lining is made up of high temperature fiber multi-layer shafts, which are fixed on the kiln wall support with ceramic anchors. The lining thickness is about 150-200 mm. The top adopts flat roof structure, and the high temperature fiber or high temperature fiber is fixed by ceramic anchor parts and hung on the beam of kiln roof. The high-temperature fiber used is zirconium fiber or high-purity alumina mixed fiber, long-term use temperature of 1350 ℃ or 1450 ℃. The heat insulation capacity of high temperature fiber lining is 1.4 times of that of light heat insulation brick, and the kiln wall and top can be reduced by 51%. The heat storage capacity of rotary kiln wall is reduced, which avoids the lag of high temperature period caused by large heat capacity kiln wall. It can realize rapid firing, and the kiln wall has less heat storage, which is conducive to the control of temperature curve in the kiln and the uniformity and stability of kiln temperature, so as to improve the quality of ceramic products.
2. The inner layer of the inner lining is cut into 230 mm thick lightweight heat insulation material, the outer layer is made of 70-100 mm thick ordinary aluminum silicate fiber material for thermal insulation, the outer layer is welded with section steel frame, and the outer layer is covered with steel plate to protect the internal refractory. The top of the kiln is arched with wedge-shaped bricks. The light-weight heat-insulating bricks used are also high-alumina or mullite light-weight heat-insulating materials. This kind of material can be used as the lining of gas kiln. In addition to using a little more fuel than the above form in the firing process, it is almost the same as that of the whole fiber kiln in other aspects, especially the application of better light heat insulation materials. In addition, the one-time investment cost is lower than that of the whole fiber, so this kind of kiln is very thin and welcomed by domestic ceramic enterprises.
3. Because the cost of the whole fiber rotary kiln is high, and the energy-saving effect of the second form is relatively poor. Therefore, according to the actual situation of the domestic market, kiln workers have designed the third form with less one-time investment and relatively higher energy-saving measures. It is to stick a layer of 30-50 mm thick high-temperature fiber on the inner layer of lightweight thermal insulation brick. If the material is reasonably matched, some investment can be reduced.
