1. How to determine the speed of the ball mill.


        When other conditions remain unchanged, the motion state of the grinding medium in the cylinder depends on the speed of the ball mill. The motion state of the medium is different, and the grinding effect is also different. 1. When the speed of the ball mill is low, the medium is mainly falling motion, and the impact effect is small. The grinding effect is mainly grinding, and the production capacity of the ball mill is low, which is suitable for fine grinding; 2. When the speed of the ball mill is high, the medium is thrown. The proportion of the falling motion method is increased, and the impact effect is stronger.     2. How to judge the swelling of the ball mill.

3. The ratio of steel balls in the ball mill.


      Different ball mill models have different total ball sizes. For example, MQG1500×3000 ball mill (processing capacity 100-150 tons) has a larger ball capacity of 9.5-10 tons. In the first row, large balls (Ø120㎜ and Ø100㎜) accounted for 30%-40%, medium balls (80㎜) accounted for 40%-30%, and small balls (Ø60 and Ø40㎜) accounted for 30%. Why is the amount of steel balls only added 80% during the running-in process of the ball mill, because after the ball mill is installed, the large and small teeth of the ball mill need to be meshed, and the processing capacity (ore volume) must be gradually increased.
