The lime rotary kiln produced by our company has advanced structure, which can seal the combined scales at both ends of the rotary kiln, so that the air leakage coefficient is less than 10% and composite refractories are used to reduce the radiation heat loss. After technical upgrading, it has the following technical characteristics:
1. The structure of lime rotary kiln is advanced. The vertical preheater with low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating effect. After preheating, the decomposition rate of limestone can reach 20-25%, and 10-15mm fine-grained limestone can be directly used.
2. Reliable combined scale seal at both ends of rotary kiln. In order to reduce the radiation heat loss, composite refractories are used.
3. The circular or square vertical cooler with divisional ventilation makes the lime temperature of the cooler at 800C + ambient temperature, which is convenient for transportation and storage. The secondary air in the kiln can be preheated to more than 7000c, reducing moving parts and special materials.
In addition to the above technical features, there are 2 level meters up and down to control the feeding amount of the lime rotary kiln, and then the limestone is evenly distributed to each room of the preheater through the feeding pipe.
