1. For lubrication, first ensure sufficient oil. During the operation of the zinc oxide rotary kiln, the oil level must be checked in time. If the oil level is lower than the normal lower limit, it must be refilled in time. Secondly, the lubricating oil of the rotary kiln should not be abused. The replacement cycle of new oil should also be reasonable. In the production of zinc oxide rotary kiln, the wear of gears and bearings and the oil demand are relatively stable, which determines that the oil consumption is also relatively stable. Therefore, the oil change date of the rotary kiln must be reasonably controlled.
2. Strengthen the testing of the internal water circulation system. The water circulation system of the zinc oxide rotary kiln is generally equipped with a water flow indicator, and the water circulation activity can be judged according to the water flow indicator. When the kiln is shut down, if the kiln is shut down for a long time or if the weather is cold, all the circulating water in the kiln should be discharged to prevent the water from freezing and swelling and causing deformation of the kiln body. The large vent of the vent valve uses the principle of siphon and air constriction to discharge water.
3. If oil leakage is found in the usual inspection, no matter whether it is serious or not, it must be dealt with in time to take precautions before it happens, so as to avoid greater production problems caused by oil leakage.
