It is mainly suitable for the working conditions of short conveying distance, large height difference and vertical lifting height. Screw conveyor mainly transports powdery, granular and small pieces of materials, which is not suitable for conveying easily deteriorated, viscous and caking materials. The temperature of conveying materials is less than 200 ℃, the inclination angle of conveyor is less than 20 degrees, and the conveying length is less than 40m. Screw conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, small cross-section size, good sealing performance, multi-point loading and unloading, and is commonly used for conveying dry powder Easy lift materials, such as rice bran, mill outlet materials, dust collector outlet materials, etc.
Corrugated edge conveyor is commonly known as large inclination conveyor. It has a large allowable conveying angle, which can reach 90 ° and can achieve a smooth transition from horizontal to inclined (or vertical). It is an ideal equipment for large inclination conveying and vertical lifting. Compared with other conveyors, its prominent feature is that the conveying angle is large, which can be used for long-distance and large inclination conveying.
The scale conveyor is a kind of plate conveyor, which takes the circulating chain as the traction component and the scale hopper as the bearing component. It can transport all kinds of bulk materials along the horizontal or inclined direction (the inclination angle is less than 35 °). Because the bearing part and running part of the scale conveyor are made of metal materials, it can transport materials with high bulk density, large block size, sharp edges and strong abrasion to the conveyor, and it is suitable for transporting high temperature materials at 600 ~ 700 ℃.
