The kiln body of ceramsite rotary kiln has a slope of 3% - 4% (sinusoidal) with the horizontal surface. The whole kiln body is supported on the corresponding supporting wheel device through two wheel belts, and the axial direction of the kiln body is prevented from moving up and down by the stop wheel device at the kiln tail; the transmission process is that the frequency conversion motor drives the small gear to rotate through the reducer and its matching coupling, and the small gear is meshed with the fixed large gear ring in the middle of the cylinder Finally, the big gear ring drives the cylinder to rotate. In the drying process, the materials enter the kiln through the feeding mechanism. As the cylinder rotates slowly in the inclined state, the material moves from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end) in the axial direction while rotating with the cylinder; the high-temperature air from the calciner enters the drying kiln through the connecting device from the kiln head, and passes through the material in the process of moving After drying, the material is discharged from the kiln head into the calcining kiln. During the calcination process, the materials enter the kiln through the drying kiln. As the cylinder rotates slowly in the inclined state, the material moves from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end) in the axial direction while rotating with the cylinder body; the fuel is sprayed into the kiln by the kiln head through the burner for combustion, and the heat is transmitted to the materials in various ways such as radiation, convection and conduction In the process of moving, after calcination, the material is discharged from the kiln head to the next process.
